Spaulding Framingham is easily accessible from the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90). Access the Mass. Pike from any of the north-south interstate highways across the state. From I-93 and I-95 in Boston, head westbound on the Mass. Pike to Route 9 (Exit 12). From I-495 in Westborough, I-395 in Auburn, I-85 in Sturbridge, or I-91 in Springfield, take the Mass. Pike eastbound to Route 9, to Exit 12.
From Exit 12: Go East on Route 9 approximately 3.2 miles. Just before you get to Spaulding Framingham you will come to a set of lights with the Granada Apartments on your right. Spaulding Framingham is in a one-story stucco building just before the Sunoco gas station.
Alternate route from Boston: From Boston and the surrounding area you can also drive west on Route 9 to the Route 30 West Exit (approximately 2 miles beyond the Natick Mall). At the top of the exit ramp, just before the set of lights, take a sharp left, following signs for Route 9 East. Once you are on Route 9 East, Spaulding Framingham is 0.6 miles on your right just before the Sunoco gas station.
